Got drop-box appointment under the waiver program for all the 3 including H-1B and H4 Minor and H4 Spouse together at the same time and dateĤ. Visa of all the 3 applicants had been expired in 2017.ģ. Primary spouse has got valid I797 and staying in USA along with dependent H4 spouse and H4 minorĢ.
Can you please help me with validating on if this stands true? if so, I do not see any special instructions in US embassy's website. These days I am hearing a lot from many groups that if you are into a situation below, then you will need to book separate drop-box appointment for H-1B minor.
